June 3 - July 1:              €650 per week
July 1 - August 26:          €780 per week
August 26 – September 30:   €650 per week

Optional Wi-Fi: €25 per week

Arrival and departure on Saturday. All prices are included the use of electricity, oil, water and cleaning. The garage is not part of the agreement.

You will be responsible for all damage and breakages by all members of your party to the property and his content. A security deposit of € 150 will be requested, payable before arriving and will be refunded provided the property is left as it was found within 7 days after departure.

For insurance reasons, the total number of clients staying in “Neighbours“ home must not exceed the maximum capacity of 6 persons.

We do not accept bookings from groups of parties under the age of 25, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to refuse to check-in such groups.
